CET full form: What is the full form of CET Exam
The CET full form is Common Entrance Text. This exam is conducted by NRA (National Needs Agency) all over India to get admission in professional courses like Doctorate, Dental, and Engineering in state-level vocational colleges. Earlier, to get admission in SSC, Railways, or IBPS, different exams had to be given, due to which students had to face a lot of difficulties in preparing for the exam. But, Common Entrance Test allows students to take only one entrance test to take admission in various professional courses.
This exam is conducted in 12 different regional languages of India. Due to this, students from other states of India do not face any problems in taking the CET exam. In the coming time, there is a plan to increase the number of these languages to 22. Due to this, it will be much easier for the students to take the exam in their regional language.
CET (Common Entrance Test) Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have a 10th, 12th, or graduation certificate to appear for this exam.
- Candidates must have completed their 10th, 12th, or graduation in the selected subjects.
- One has to choose a language from 12 different regional languages.

सीईटी का फुल फॉर्म कॉमन एंट्रेंस टेस्ट है। यह परीक्षा राज्य स्तर के व्यावसायिक कॉलेजों में डॉक्टरेट, डेंटल, इंजीनियरिंग आदि जैसे व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश पाने के लिए पूरे भारत में एनआरए (नेशनल नीड्स एजेंसी) द्वारा आयोजित की जाती है। पहले एसएससी, रेलवे या आईबीपीएस में प्रवेश पाने के लिए अलग-अलग परीक्षा देनी पड़ती थी, जिससे छात्रों को परीक्षा की तैयारी में काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ता था। लेकिन कॉमन एंट्रेंस टेस्ट छात्रों को विभिन्न व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश लेने के लिए केवल एक प्रवेश परीक्षा देने की अनुमति देता है।
यह परीक्षा भारत की 12 विभिन्न क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं में आयोजित की जाती है। इससे भारत के अन्य राज्यों के छात्रों को सीईटी परीक्षा देने में किसी प्रकार की परेशानी का सामना नहीं करना पड़ता है। आने वाले समय में इन भाषाओं की संख्या बढ़ाकर 22 करने की योजना है। इससे छात्रों को अपनी क्षेत्रीय भाषा में परीक्षा देने में काफी आसानी होगी।
सीईटी (सामान्य प्रवेश परीक्षा) पात्रता मानदंड
- इस परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए उम्मीदवारों के पास 10वीं, 12वीं या स्नातक प्रमाणपत्र होना चाहिए।
- उम्मीदवारों को चयनित विषयों में अपना 10 वीं, 12 वीं या स्नातक पूरा करना होगा।
- किसी को 12 विभिन्न क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं में से एक भाषा चुननी होती है।
